How did you find us and why specifically have you chosen our program to consider for your new puppy? How familiar are you with how we breed, raise & train our puppies? If you are not, please look over our website and our social media before applying.

Tell us about your work schedule and what plans you have in place for your puppy while you are at work.

What is your housing situation, do you rent or own? Is your landlord okay with having a dog? Do you have a yard and space for your puppy to run and play?

Do you own any other pets? If yes, please tell us about them. If not, please tell us why you are now wanting to add one to your family?

Do you travel often? If you do, what are your plans for your puppy when you're gone?

Tell us about yourself, your family, the people in your household, including children. Your lifestyle, your interests, etc.

How familiar are you with the grooming needs of a doodle or poodle? If you are not familiar, are you prepared to learn? Grooming can be costly and/or take time to learn. Are you able to afford this and/or learn how to do it yourself?

We strongly believe training is critical to the success of owning a puppy. Which is why we started a board and train program exclusive to our puppies. Please share your training plans for your puppy.

We require our puppies to be returned to us, at any age, if you are unable to care for him or her. Is this understood?

All of our puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract (unless breeding rights are purchased. If interested in breeding rights, please complete the "Breeding Prospect Application"). Is this understood?
